What I'm looking for
I’m a Tourism Management graduate with strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills built through academic training and hospitality internships. I’m motivated by service and committed to delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Through my On-the-Job Training at Sun Miles Property Mngt. Corp., I assisted guests with check-in and check-out procedures, responded to guest inquiries, and supported smooth daily Front Office and House Keeping operations. I also helped maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas while following company standards for hospitality, safety, and cleanliness.
At The Madison Crown Hotel, I supported guest experiences across Food and Beverage & Front Office. I welcomed and assisted guests professionally, processed reservations, answered phone calls, handled guest requests, and assisted in food and beverage service while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
