What I'm looking for

I seek hospitality roles where I can deliver exceptional guest service, grow into supervisory responsibilities, and work in a collaborative, customer-focused team.

I am a hospitality and tourism graduate with hands-on experience in frontdesk operations, supervision, event coordination, and catering services. I have completed on-the-job training at Swiss-Bel BluLane International and held roles at D' Mariners Inn Hotel and Wennrod Hotel.

Throughout school I was active in student governance and extracurricular leadership, serving in roles such as TMS President and multiple treasurer positions, which strengthened my teamwork and organizational skills. I have also won tour guiding competitions, demonstrating strong presentation and guest-engagement abilities.

I prioritize guest satisfaction, efficiency, and clear communication in all assignments, and I bring practical skills in skirting, housekeeping practices, computer use, and public speaking. My training includes seminars on service excellence, personality development, and financial literacy.

I am motivated to contribute my hospitality knowledge to a hospitality or tourism team where I can continue growing professionally while delivering high-quality guest experiences.
