I’m a Detail-oriented Tourism Management graduate with internship experience in front office operations and tourism administration. I focus on quality service while bringing strong communication and problem-solving to every interaction.

During my internships, I supported tourism and hospitality work through roles such as Hostel Intern and Tourism Cultural Development Office Intern with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Panabo City. I contributed to administrative tasks and helped ensure smooth office and guest-related operations.

I strengthen my service approach with training in Professional Hotel Front Office, Front Office Services NC II, and Events Management Services NC III. I’m skilled in customer service, data entry, email management, and organized file support—using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and Canva to stay efficient and accurate.
