At Sirio Multilateral Strategies, I own the back office end to end—finance, compliance, IT, people and HubSpot CRM—supporting a net-zero consultancy serving major UK utility providers.
I've also acted as Chief of Staff to the CTO at RedCloud Technologies and to the Founder and CEO at xNomad, leading strategic projects, technology-roadmap delivery, budgets, vendor negotiations, funding preparation and growth planning. Across startups, scale-ups and global organisations, I build the operating layer spanning finance operations, audit, systems, projects and people.
Alongside operations leadership, I've built HR functions, implemented HiBob and Teamtailor, led global people strategy and supported complex workforce matters across multiple countries. I'm completing CIMA to deepen my commercial and financial command.
