Following organisational restructuring in 2025, I’ve completed selected consulting engagements and am actively pursuing a permanent senior business operations leadership position.

At Cisco, I supported business operations across EMEAR, including 95+ countries, and designed reporting frameworks that gave leaders clearer visibility into performance. I also launched an Online Balanced Scorecard consolidating regional KPIs.
