My background blends Tier-1 banking leadership (BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Citi) with PE-backed and entrepreneurial environments across fintech, proptech, biotech and data services. I’ve led integration and carve-outs, built first-line control frameworks (including SOX-aligned environments), rebuilt reporting and decision cadences for owners and boards, and run multi-jurisdiction teams through change.
