I've led project delivery and operations at UTM Consultants Ltd, supporting complex, time-critical offshore energy and renewables mobilisations. I coordinate client requirements, resources, logistics, compliance, commercial arrangements, and delivery risks to keep projects on schedule and to agreed quality standards.
As Operations Director, I led approximately 18 employees across Sales, Logistics, and Accounts, developed Team Leaders, and helped scale offshore operations from around 35 to 100 contractors in a single day. I also held commercial responsibility for rates, margins, mobilisation costs, payment terms, and Terms of Business, contributing to major contracts with Ørsted and Saipem.
Now leading Finance and Compliance, I strengthen financial control, governance, reporting, audit readiness, and Health & Safety management systems. I've built an Accounts function from scratch, supported ISO 45001 certification, and use KPIs, corrective actions, and root-cause reviews to drive continuous improvement.
