I’m a customer service and administrative professional with 3+ years of experience supporting clients, managing operations, and driving results in fast-paced environments. Currently at Olive & Olive Multi Service Ltd, I work as an Invoice Clerk / Customer Service Executive where I process and manage invoices accurately, resolve customer enquiries, and coordinate with departments to keep transactions and documentation correct.

Before this role, I handled high-volume customer interactions at Izuogu Grocery Ltd (25–35 daily), de-escalated complaints, and processed sales and records with accuracy to support inventory control. I’ve also worked remotely as a Job Application Specialist for JobShow and completed a remote Program Internship with Rochester Institute of Technology (Excelerate Program), strengthening my independence, written/verbal English communication, documentation, and virtual collaboration. Alongside sales and self-employed business experience, I focus on attention to detail, strong record-keeping, and delivering consistent satisfaction through every interaction.
