I am a customer-focused professional with experience across hospitality and retail, specializing in delivering exceptional guest experience and building strong customer relationships. I bring a proven ability to manage customer interactions, handle reservations and bookings, and resolve complaints efficiently.

At BLOW FISH HOTEL, I served as a Customer Experience officer—handling guest check-in and check-out, room reservations, payments, and daily operational reporting. I also follow up to ensure satisfaction, collect guest feedback, and coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to maintain high service standards.
