I resolve complaints efficiently, manage customer records, and maintain service quality using CRM systems and digital tools—bringing a calm, professional presence to every conversation.

In recent roles, I supported office operations by improving document management, standardizing templates, and introducing digital tooling to reduce errors and speed up access. Previously, I led front-desk guest support with 20–30+ daily interactions, handled complaints to prevent escalation, and coordinated quickly with maintenance to minimize disruption—while keeping accurate request records for follow-up.
