At MSC Cruises, I managed customer inquiries, reservations, and payment processes while using proactive problem-solving to improve booking accuracy, guest satisfaction, and repeat bookings. I also delivered customer service that helped foster long-term client relationships.

Previously, at Northland Communications, I handled inbound calls, technical and billing issues, troubleshooting, payment processing, and customer retention. I assisted more than 1,000 customers with service issues while multitasking in CRM systems and helped save more than 100 customers in the Retention Department.
