What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role, or relocation within the UK and Europe, where I can improve commercial operations, CRM governance, CPQ and pricing processes, reporting, data quality, and cross-functional ways of working.

At Tastepoint by IFF, I lead a team of seven Commercial Assistants and support around 500 EAME commercial users as a Salesforce, CRM, CPQ, and pricing tools superuser.

I deliver recurring pipeline and performance reporting, contribute operational insight to Commercial Director and VP-level discussions, and partner with Salesforce and Commercial Excellence teams to improve CRM adoption, data quality, CPQ processes, and commercial efficiency. I have led the UK Catalogue Project and the Forecast-to-Fulfilment Excellence project, coordinating Commercial, Regulatory, Planning, Product, Quality, and Operations stakeholders.

I've also redesigned factory trial workflows, implemented AI-assisted forecasting, created the team's first end-to-end operational playbook, and introduced a shared inbox pilot to strengthen continuity and service coverage.
