At Camunda, I lead a global team of seven across GTM Operations, supporting an organization of around 300. I partner with executive leadership to operationalise priorities and drive accountability against company OKRs.
I own FY26 GTM Planning execution and work with the Executive team on metrics and action plans. My work directly supported growth from around £75m to around £200m ARR.
Previously at Camunda, I owned FY25 GTM Planning, including quotas, territories, account allocation and compensation. The planning affected a 300-person GTM organization, with 60% of territories redesigned.
Before that, I redesigned Lead-to-Opportunity operations and launched ADR forecasting and performance cadences, increasing speed-to-lead by 65% and conversion by 3%. At Snyk Ltd, I led global forecasting redesign, implemented Clari and provided CEO, Board and C-suite insights.
