I’m a commercially driven SaaS professional with a proven track record of optimising revenue performance across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through retention and expansion. I focus on making revenue outcomes more predictable by improving pipeline visibility and forecasting.
In my current role at InfoTrackUK, I oversee performance across a ~190-account portfolio, balancing scale with a strategic focus on high-value enterprise clients. I transformed an underperforming segment of capped accounts into 20+ active, revenue-generating clients, and I lead structured account growth strategies to drive upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption.
