I’m a resourceful, customer-focused operations leader with over five years of entrepreneurial experience, where I combine customer support, administration, and business operations into one smooth workflow. As a Founder & Operations Manager, I oversee customer communications and day-to-day coordination while consistently aiming for an excellent customer experience.

Since founding Iphys Cuisine in 2019, I lead day-to-day operations and provide responsive customer support across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email, and phone. I’ve served an estimated 400–600 customers and coordinated approximately 700–1,000 orders, keeping communication clear, problems handled quickly, and timelines on track.

Operationally, I manage bookkeeping, inventory, suppliers, purchasing, and administration—so everything from supply needs to customer requests stays aligned. I’m also strong with tools and processes that improve accuracy and speed, including CRM, email communication, order coordination, and calendar management.

On the marketing side, I’ve grown TikTok to 21,000+ followers, with videos reaching 2.1M, 800K+, and 700K+ views. I’m now seeking remote roles in Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, Administrative Support, or Marketing Assistant work where I can bring my organization, adaptability, and customer-first mindset.
