I'm looking to lead business and digital transformation, customer experience, product innovation, and data-driven growth initiatives, while contributing through consulting, mentoring, innovation, and research.

At Access Bank, I lead retail and SME digital transformation across lending, consumer banking, bancassurance, agency banking, and product innovation. I launched Payday Loan 2.0, expanding eligibility by 20% and disbursing ₦16.7B in three months, while scaling lifestyle portals that grew subscription revenue by 20% month-on-month.

I've led 30+ Agile and Waterfall transformation initiatives, managed project managers and business analysts, and partnered with C-suite leaders to align digital capabilities with growth objectives. My work spans customer insights, journey design, data analytics, fraud-response assessment, regulatory-compliant enhancements, and operational automation.
