Spearheaded strategic expansion into new markets and supported significant growth in market share. Led PMO and cross-functional processes, expanded the merchant network from 10,000 to 34,000 (tripling net transactional revenue in 10 months), and collaborated on projects to identify market opportunities and optimize product offerings.

Designed and implemented a project delivery methodology aligned with Agile and the Scrum framework, including continuous improvement cycles. Led two scrum teams (Edubanc and HealthBanc), increasing revenue from $19.4M to $29.1M by 2021 and achieving 55% of the goal within five months. Facilitated sprint ceremonies and release planning, onboarded and trained team members in Agile/Scrum and JIRA, trained scrum masters across departments, and improved team velocity by 3–5% each sprint.

Produced accurate program status reporting across the program lifecycle and developed a strategy for the PMO. Planned and researched resources using the project lifecycle, ensuring developers met milestones and goals. Managed technical staff of 15, coordinated customer projects with business PM staff, reviewed change requests, produced statistical reports, and documented user needs and development/modification steps.
