I am a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, sales, banking, and security. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills through regular interaction with customers, visitors, and colleagues.

I have worked in banking and financial services, where I assisted clients and handled their needs professionally. I also gained sales experience in the automotive industry, where I communicated with customers, understood their requirements, presented products, answered questions, and helped them make purchasing decisions. In addition, my experience working as a security guard at the U.S. Embassy strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, follow procedures, communicate professionally, and deal respectfully with different types of people.

I am now looking for a remote customer service or customer support position where I can use my communication skills and professional experience. I am particularly interested in working with international companies and serving customers in English. I am reliable, adaptable, willing to learn, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
