I’m a Chief of Staff and Strategic Operator with 4+ years of experience leading operations and acting as a force multiplier for leadership in high-growth startups. I combine strategy and decision support with process design and AI implementations to turn ambiguity into execution.

At Space Inch, I was promoted to a strategic and operational partner to the CEO just 4 months after joining as a student researcher. I led business development across events, account management, think-tank management, lead generation, and pipeline structure—then built a custom management system that gave leadership operational visibility across initiatives.

I author practical frameworks across HR, BizDev, Product, and AI-Engineering, writing workbooks and SOPs that help teams move faster with clarity. I also pioneered AI-coding agents, building four AI product prototypes (0 to 1) to test business opportunities with speed and pragmatism.

Previously at Kuhne & Skworzow, I had full ownership of day-to-day business operations for a foreign executive. I developed foundational business structure, owned the recruitment pipeline end-to-end (from job postings to interviews and permit processing), and built and managed the company’s entire web presence from scratch—then created the operational infrastructure of the digital workspace with templates and lightweight management systems.
