Andrea Šarić

I’m a first-hire startup operator with hands-on experience building and stabilizing delivery in a SaaS environment and AI-enabled products. I specialize in translating strategy into execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and designing lightweight systems that let fast-moving companies scale without bureaucracy.

At Checkgrow, I joined as the first hire and later added as a shareholder due to scope of responsibility and impact. I owned end-to-end delivery across product, content, growth, and tech functions—coordinating an internal team plus a distributed network of freelancers and agencies—while designing and implementing dozens of SOPs to reduce delivery friction.

I built workflows, reporting systems, and governance structures from scratch, turned founders’ vision into structured roadmaps and priorities, and led hiring and onboarding for new team members. I also handled budgeting and resource allocation, supported beta launch and early customer onboarding, and contributed to revenue growth as the execution bridge between strategy and implementation.
