What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations leadership role in international ecommerce where I can own end-to-end execution—sourcing, inventory planning, logistics, and supplier performance—while building SOPs, dashboards, and scalable systems that improve efficiency and service quality.

I’m an operations leader with 7+ years of experience managing supply chain, logistics, inventory, procurement, product development, and cross-functional execution for international ecommerce businesses. I’m known for building scalable systems, removing operational bottlenecks, and keeping delivery moving in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as Product & Supply Chain Manager at Betafresh LLC (Ecommerce/Product), I lead operational execution across sourcing, inventory planning, logistics, supplier management, product development, and client delivery for international ecommerce and retail accounts. I coordinate manufacturers, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and stakeholders across multiple countries while maintaining visibility over costs, timelines, inventory, and SOP build and execution.

Previously, as an Operations Manager at Libro d.o.o. (Operations-Focused), I led day-to-day operations and process improvement across multiple departments. I built SOPs, reporting frameworks, KPI dashboards, accountability processes, and operational documentation to improve efficiency, knowledge transfer, and data-driven decision-making, while managing remote and in-office teams.

I started earlier as a Project Manager at Ancona Grupa, managing timelines, budgets, documentation, approvals, and day-to-day execution across concurrent projects.
