At Elixirr Digital, I own international recruitment delivery across technical and non-technical roles, turning workforce demand into hiring plans and employee-versus-contractor solutions. I also manage the international contractor lifecycle, from rate negotiation and contracting through compliance and offboarding.
I build and prototype AI-enabled workflows, including an automated Job Description generator and an AI Recruitment Dashboard. I also evaluate and implement operational tools and workflows, and lead cross-functional initiatives across employer branding, university partnerships and the Elixirr Digital Academy.
Before becoming Talent Acquisition Manager, I managed recruitment at Elixirr Digital and supported its expansion into South Africa with market and compensation research, salary-band recommendations and the company's first local hire. Earlier, I supported people operations at ZOMS and delivered international IT and automotive recruitment at Manning Global.
