I've coordinated complex international touring programmes across 23+ countries, supporting 250–370 active travellers and more than 55,000 room nights per season. I manage end-to-end accommodation, rail and air logistics while protecting continuity, cost control and traveller experience.
In my current contract work, I manage approximately €2 million in annual accommodation spend, negotiate hotel agreements and payment terms, and validate 1,500–2,000 invoices each month. I also build Google Apps Script and Python-assisted automations for supplier communications, booking extraction, invoice reconciliation and operational reporting.
At Little Travels, I designed and priced bespoke itineraries, managed 150+ international suppliers across roughly 60 destinations, and prepared around 50 tailor-made proposals per month. I also built and maintained the WordPress website and supported lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and ManyChat.
Earlier, at Representaciones Perfect Choice, I helped deliver two multi-country B2B travel platforms and coordinated more than 60 travel technology integrations. Across corporate, leisure and programme travel, I bring nearly 20 years of supplier negotiation, operational delivery, budget management and travel technology experience.
