What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with founders and leadership teams to turn strategic priorities into practical execution, improve operations, build effective people processes and deliver meaningful change in a fast-growth or evolving organisation.

At LaunchTik, I partnered with founders across multiple ventures to improve operations and execute strategic priorities in a fast-moving accelerator. I built frameworks for performance, development, reporting, onboarding and team processes, and implemented practical solutions across people and business operations.

I also supported Weightless as Head of People, spanning recruitment, performance, leadership and organisational development.

Previously at Glorify, I owned delivery of a government-funded Kickstarter programme supporting more than 70 participants. I coordinated remote teams, DWP, Newham Council and programme stakeholders while improving documentation, onboarding and performance support frameworks.

My earlier work across travel, rentals and financial services built my hands-on approach to customer experience, supplier coordination, stakeholder management and resolving complex operational issues quickly.
