What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced hospitality professional with over 15 years across administration, operations, customer service, and luxury accommodation management. I build smooth guest journeys end-to-end, from enquiry to departure.
As a former CEO and Lodge Manager of a luxury safari lodge, I owned guest experience, reservations, daily operations, supplier coordination, and team leadership. I personally managed online reservations and guest communication through Booking.com and NightsBridge.
In that role, I coordinated staff, suppliers, maintenance, and operational planning, while handling administration and reporting to keep service standards exceptional. When guest concerns came up, I resolved them professionally without compromising hospitality quality.
Before that, I strengthened my operational foundation through administrative leadership and customer support roles—managing office procedures, documentation, correspondence, and data capturing. I’m now seeking remote roles in hospitality, travel, or hospitality technology where I can deliver reliable customer outcomes and elevate guest satisfaction.
