What I'm looking for

I’m looking for global remote roles where I can lead operations, programs, and projects end-to-end—building SOPs, dashboards, and automation—while partnering with founders and stakeholders to hit KPIs, budgets, and delivery milestones.

I’m an operations, program and project manager with over half a decade of experience leading cross-functional work across AI SaaS, e-commerce, marketing, education, and service businesses. I manage multiple projects from planning through launch—coordinating remote teams, building SOPs, and keeping delivery on track.

In my Fractional Head of Operations role, I led a five-business operations portfolio and built a Notion operations command centre to give the founder visibility across five business units and 13+ team members. I also designed AI-assisted KPI reporting using Claude API, Make.com, and Google Sheets.

I combine operational leadership with data analysis and hands-on automation. I built GoHighLevel lead-routing workflows that delivered inbound leads to sales within 60 seconds, and I coordinated Google Ads and Meta campaign delivery from briefs through execution.

Most recently, I’ve led growth programs and operating systems while driving client delivery without missed deadlines. Across my AI SaaS work, I supported roadmap-to-release coordination for an AI research platform serving 3,000+ weekly users and created SOPs that reduced remote-team onboarding time by 40%.
