I’m a “Remote Customer Support & Customer Service Professional” with a B.A. in English Language from Lagos State University, and hands-on experience supporting customers and stakeholders across brand communications, education, and media. I’m known for patience, active listening, and a calm, solutions-focused approach when situations get high-pressure.

In my current role as a Brand & Communications Manager at Tonye Brand and Emporium, I act as a frontline point of contact for customer inquiries via social media, email, and phone. I resolve questions about products, orders, and brand offerings, monitor feedback and online sentiment, and escalate issues where needed to drive service and communication improvements.

I also bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills—developing and executing brand communication strategies, creating content calendars, and coordinating consistent, customer-friendly messaging across platforms. I conduct market research and audience analysis to inform campaign direction and measure communication effectiveness, while collaborating with creative teams and vendors to deliver on scope, budget, and deadlines.

Before this, I served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (NYSC) at TRETAF Schools, where I supported students and parents with clarity and professionalism around coursework, assessments, and academic progress. Earlier roles as a Classroom Teacher and as an SIWES Industrial Trainee at Radio Nigeria (Vox Pops and event coverage) strengthened my ability to engage people respectfully, gather insights, and stay organized through real-world demands.
