What I'm looking for

I’m aiming to use my proven telephone customer service, sales, and support skills in a managerial role, helping customers confidently while supporting smooth day-to-day operations and engagement through clear communication.

I’ve spent the last few years handling customer needs through telephone customer service, telesales, and email support, including resolving issues like wrong orders, delivery problems, and payment/refund requests at IROKOTV.

In customer-facing roles at Qmart Supermarket and Best Brain International School, I helped with sales and checkout, managed inquiries from parents and students, and supported enrolment through outreach and follow-ups.

More recently, as a Lead Mentor/Class Teacher during NYSC, I planned lessons and guided students while also managing the school’s social media platforms and coordinating day-to-day school activities.
