I’m looking for a senior programmatic role where I can scale AI-assisted strategy, lead strong teams, and partner with AdTech stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI—especially for FMCG, BFSI, and e-commerce brands.

I’m a results-driven programmatic advertising and digital marketing leader with 15+ years of experience managing high-impact campaigns across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Meta. I’ve built and scaled programmatic practices at top-tier agencies, combining performance rigor with brand impact.

I’ve repeatedly driven measurable ROI for leading brands across FMCG, BFSI, and e-commerce, managing budgets exceeding $6M USD (2018/19). At Performics, I led the programmatic practice across branding and performance clients for a 17+ member team and helped win and onboard multiple new programmatic-only clients through competitive pitches.

I focus on operational excellence and adoption—establishing agency-wide programmatic best practices, standard playbooks, and a maker-checker QA process to reduce errors and improve delivery timelines. I also introduced workflow tools like Trello and ClickUp, and I’ve built strategic partnerships with DSPs, publishers, 3rd-party data providers, and ad verification partners.

Today, I’m advancing my expertise through a Certificate Program in Digital Marketing with AI at IIT Roorkee, applying AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline campaign planning, automate analysis workflows, and strengthen client pitch decks. My ethos is simple: lead teams, sharpen strategy with data, and use AI to accelerate marketing performance.
