I’m looking to lead programmatic digital marketing initiatives for global enterprise clients—owning budget, DSP optimization, QA/audits, and analytics—while mentoring teams and partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable performance improvements.

I’m a digital marketing professional with 5+ years of experience leading large-scale programmatic advertising initiatives for global enterprise clients. I manage monthly media budgets exceeding $1.5M and drive performance across open-auction and PG campaigns, bringing measurable business impact through disciplined optimization and analytics.

I own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from setup and trafficking to QA, audits, and optimization—across DV360, TTD, Yahoo DSP, and Amazon DSP. I deliver multi-channel campaigns across Display, Video, Native, CTV, and Audio across US, CA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets, using structured A/B testing to improve CTR, viewability, and video completion rate while strengthening fraud mitigation and brand-safety checks.

I also lead and mentor a team of 12, building capability through training initiatives, workload prioritization, and performance feedback. I partner closely with publishers, DSPs, AdOps, and client operations to resolve issues and ensure on-time launches, and I’ve built Excel-based automations and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
