What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer-facing SaaS and technology delivery programs, strengthen PMO governance, and align cross-functional teams around clear execution, risk management, and measurable customer outcomes.

I've led customer-facing SaaS and technology delivery at PagerDuty and Citi, coordinating complex programs across EMEA and LATAM. I translate strategic objectives into practical plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.

At PagerDuty, I managed a portfolio of nearly 50 customer engagements, with governance focused on around 30 active, high-priority implementations, migrations, and optimization programs. I strengthened visibility through project plans, health reporting, RAID logs, executive decks, sprint cadence, and AI-assisted operational workflows.

At Citi, I managed LATAM technology transformation initiatives with 6–12 month delivery horizons and presented high-visibility work to the Executive Committee. I built Jira dashboards and governance routines for resources, workflows, risks, issues, KPIs, and executive reporting.

My earlier work spans railway GIS initiatives, public-sector technology programs, fleet-tracking implementations, and mobile operator VAS projects. I bring a computer science foundation, PMP and Scrum credentials, and advanced professional English alongside native Spanish.
