I'm looking to lead regional digital transformation, CRM, data, AI, and automation programs where I can connect business and technology, manage complex portfolios, and deliver measurable outcomes with multidisciplinary teams.

I've led regional digital transformation and Salesforce programs at Wodobox, Parque Arauco, Sodimac/Falabella, and Accenture across Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. My work spans CRM, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Go-To-Market, SAP integrations, and enterprise delivery.

At Sodimac, I led the regional rollout of Salesforce Service Cloud for more than 1,500 users within an USD 8 million transformation program that Falabella adopted as a corporate standard. I bring 15+ years managing portfolios, budgets, risks, executive stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams through Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
