What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can connect business and operations to technology—running initiatives, shaping requirements, and turning them into dashboards, KPIs, and automation with measurable savings.

I’ve worked at SGS Chile across logistics and projects, from coordinating a portfolio of 55 initiatives to transforming national workflows with cloud traceability and KPIs. I’ve led requirements gathering, business rules, UAT testing, and executive reporting in English, contributing to audited savings.

In my most recent role, I redesigned preparation and dispatch in the lab logistics flow, built governance for material criticality and stock alerts, and defined rules behind two management dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel. I also supported RPA initiatives by validating data and benefits, and helped implement ServiceNow ITSM for stronger traceability.
