What I'm looking for

I’m a multidisciplinary professional with 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, working across implementation, project coordination, operations, communication, and learning.

Throughout my career, I’ve coordinated cross-functional projects, supported onboarding and training, managed stakeholder communication, improved processes, created documentation and learning resources, and helped teams navigate complex workflows in fast-paced environments.

I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, which has strengthened my interest in Employee Experience, Learning & Development, organizational culture, and people-centered workplaces. My background in Languages and Public Relations, combined with postgraduate studies in Graphic Design, also allows me to approach people and organizational challenges through communication, creativity, and a strong understanding of the employee experience.

I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities in People & Employee Experience, Learning & Development, People Operations, Organizational Development, Internal Communications, and People Programs, especially within technology-driven and international organizations.
