'm a bilingual (Spanish-English) operations and project professional with 5+ years of experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients and cross-functional teams. I specialize in keeping complex moving parts organized — from onboarding and implementation coordination to KPI dashboards, client reporting, and process documentation.

I'm known for clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and building the structure that helps teams work without chaos. I've managed delivery across 1,200+ sites in North America, led weekly client meetings, and developed tracking systems that give stakeholders real visibility.

I'm fluent in ClickUp, Asana, Slack, and Google Suite, and comfortable owning end-to-end workflows independently.
