What I'm looking for

I am seeking a fully remote role in Learning and Development, Program Operations, Customer Education, Customer Success, or EdTech. I value clear goals, collaborative teams, and opportunities to improve processes, develop people, and strengthen learning and customer experiences. Based in Mexico, I work effectively with international teams in English and Spanish.

I am a Learning and Organizational Development leader with experience in program operations, customer education, EdTech implementation, and team development. I turn complex goals into clear, scalable processes that strengthen performance, service quality, and the learner or customer experience.

Throughout my career, I have coordinated multi-site programs, aligned cross-functional teams, designed 24 curriculum programs, developed approximately 50 professionals and 10–12 leaders, and implemented assessment, quality assurance, and continuous improvement frameworks. I have also standardized operational and people-management processes and supported the adoption of digital learning platforms.

My strengths include program management, learning and development, stakeholder communication, onboarding and enablement, process improvement, customer success, data-informed decision-making, and change management. I am comfortable working independently and collaborating with distributed teams in English and Spanish.

I am currently seeking a remote role where I can contribute across Operations, Learning and Development, Program Management, Customer Success, Customer Education, or EdTech. I am based in Mexico and have Advanced Professional Proficiency in English (C1).
