I'm a Learning & Development and Instructional Design professional with 8+ years designing enterprise learning from the ground up. I build competency-based curricula, e-learning, and leadership development programs — and I care just as much about whether they work, using KPIs, learning analytics, and learner feedback to iterate.
Much of my work lives at the intersection of education, culture, and data. In a Korean–Mexican manufacturing environment, I've localized headquarters frameworks for diverse, multi-site audiences, designed and produced learning content, and led development for 70+ leaders and supervisors. I work trilingually (Korean, Spanish, English) with a Spanish-pedagogy background, so designing for multilingual, cross-cultural learners is second nature to me.
I'm currently deepening my craft through a master's in Educational Technology, focused on learning design and people analytics. I'm drawn to roles where I can create learning experiences that are practical, inclusive, and measurably effective — and where data and curiosity shape how programs evolve.
