I’m a customer and IT support professional with experience in technical support, service desk operations, desktop support, customer service, and fast-paced retail environments. My background has taught me how to communicate clearly, troubleshoot problems, learn new systems quickly, manage competing priorities, and provide a positive experience even in challenging situations.

At this point in my career, I’m looking for more than simply my next job. I’m looking for a long-term career opportunity where I can build my skills, contribute to a team, grow with the company, and establish myself for the long term.
