What I'm looking for

I’m looking for help desk or technical support work. I’m open to remote work and any schedule.

I’m pursuing help desk and technical support work, backed by the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and hands-on troubleshooting experience.

I built my own desktop PC from an empty case and swap or upgrade its components as needed. I also troubleshoot Windows hardware and software, routers, home networks, and printers.

In my current Shift Lead role at Pepsi Bottling Ventures, I lead a warehouse shift team of about 15 associates and send hourly status reports using Excel and Outlook.

I bring more than 10 years of customer service experience in person and by phone. After work, I’m building a personal game project in Unity and programming it in C#.
