What I'm looking for

Seeking a challenging role that utilizes my technical skills and provides opportunities for growth and development.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented IT professional, I have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. With experience working on IT Service Desk teams, I excel at resolving customer technical problems and providing exceptional support. My expertise includes troubleshooting, password resets, and system administration.

In my previous roles, I have worked with various systems, including ServiceNow, Remedy, and Cherwell, to document and resolve technical issues. I am proficient in resetting passwords, setting up new accounts, and troubleshooting errors. I am a team player with excellent communication skills, having led lean weekly meetings and contributed to discussions on trending solutions to IT problems.

I am a quick learner, and my experience in the IT industry has equipped me with the skills to work independently and as part of a team. I am excited to bring my skills and experience to a new role and continue to grow as a professional.
