At Neighborly, I support customers through inbound calls, live chat, and support tickets in a fast-paced help desk environment.

I administer Microsoft 365 accounts, including setup, password resets, licensing, user management, and troubleshooting through Microsoft Admin Center. I also assist franchise owners and employees with ServiceTitan access, navigation, and workflow issues.

I diagnose software, hardware, connectivity, and account issues while documenting requests in Freshdesk and coordinating escalations with internal teams. I’m comfortable supporting users across phone, chat, and ticket queues at the same time.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Tarleton State University and hold TestOut PC Pro and AWS Academy certifications. I’m continuing to grow in IT while bringing strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
