What I'm looking for
I’m a CompTIA Security+ certified IT support professional with hands-on experience supporting end users and troubleshooting technical issues. I focus on fast, accurate resolution through strong communication and problem-solving, backed by Active Directory, Windows Server 2022, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
I build practical, test-ready skills through my Active Directory home lab using Windows Server 2022 and VirtualBox, where I created and managed 15+ user accounts, security groups, and OUs, and supported AD DS and DNS configuration. I also practice real support workflows—user account management, password resets/unlocks, and connectivity or permission-related troubleshooting—documenting my process on GitHub to strengthen repeatable problem resolution.
