What I'm looking for

I want to build my career in a growing organization where I can prove my abilities by accepting challenges, contribute to customer engagement and retention, and climb the career ladder through continuous learning, strong work ethics, and commitment.

I’m a CRM Executive who builds and executes CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and improve the customer experience through analytics. At Zippserv (Aug-2023 to Nov-2025), I created, monitored, and maintained customer relationship management reports, and designed customized CRM solutions based on client needs and goals.

Before that, I supported retention strategy, roadmap, and budget work as an Assistant CRM Executive (Aug-2022 to Jul-2023), managing email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns with targeted segmentation and automated personalized communications. I’ve also led customer support as a Team Leader at Global Medspark Tech (Sept 2021 to Jun 2022) and handled customer queries at M/s Sunrises Visas Services (Feb 2021 to Aug 2021), strengthening my ability to resolve issues quickly, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across stakeholders while continuously learning new technologies.
