I'm looking for a job that will help me have a work-life balance. I'm willing to travel if necessary, I'm good working remotely.

With over 5 years of experience in management. I am the one who takes a leadership role when needed, good at teamwork and very dedicated in my work tasks. I have no problem or fear of having to work more than what is needed and study in order to achieve my goals in the best way possible. I am fair and patient with my work teammates. During my time working in my own start up and working for a start up, I was able to put my skills in been a liaison between departments at the matter of finding their needs, finding the solution needed and execute said solution. While keeping all the development department working efficiently and implementing agile processes for the day-to- day work and planning.
I was able to see and experience first-hand how implementing good process and standards can change a company for good. While I worked with my dad at his business where we developed reengineering, I learned the importance of knowing where the company is so we know where to go and for the how; implementing agile, from recognizing patterns, creating stream maps, Kanban, working with people, implementing technology were needed to continuous improvements
