I am a Tech Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on platform architecture, backend systems, and distributed team leadership. I have a proven track record building scalable systems, defining architecture and development standards, and aligning technical execution with business strategy.
At TMP, S.A. I led backend and integrations, introduced code review practices and proactive monitoring, and coordinated critical integrations such as payments and authentication while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
