What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile digital transformation, finance, data, or enterprise technology initiatives where I can connect business needs, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

I've led digital transformation initiatives for organizations including EY, Emerson Electric, Procter & Gamble, Banco Central de Reserva de El Salvador, and government institutions. I bridge Finance, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to move complex technology work from requirements through release.

At EY, I coordinated IT processes and data migrations for Emerson Electric, improved project planning documentation, and supported financial-process improvements for P&G. I mapped As-is and To-be processes, managed compensating controls, implemented tools, and improved response times for platform and system access requests.

More recently, I've served as Scrum Master and Project Manager for Banco Central de Reserva, MINEDUCYT/CAPRES, and Dirección General de Aduanas. I manage backlogs, define MVPs and acceptance criteria, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate vendors and UAT, and translate operational and regulatory requirements into working systems aligned with international standards.

My foundation includes four years of hands-on software development, including web portals, API documentation, service integrations, database work, and automated Excel applications. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, hold Scrum, Product Owner, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Google Cloud credentials, and thrive in distributed teams where I can connect technical delivery to measurable business outcomes.
