What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales, customer success, or support role where I can own the customer lifecycle, close SaaS opportunities, onboard clients, and build lasting relationships across global markets.

I've sold and supported NOVACRM for MMNovatech across Canada, the US, and Europe, consistently closing 30 to 40 AI-powered real estate CRM subscriptions each month.

I manage the full customer lifecycle, from cold outreach, discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing to CRM implementation, lead-nurturing automation, onboarding, training, and post-launch support. I work with multilingual clients across time zones and use Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Calendly, GoTo, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office to keep sales and support moving.

Previously at UzaPoint, I closed 25 to 30 point-of-sale and business-management SaaS accounts monthly for Kenyan small and medium businesses. I set up product catalogues, trained owners and staff, and remained their primary contact for troubleshooting after go-live.
