What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support or IT role where I can resolve user issues, improve incident processes, apply cybersecurity fundamentals, and grow through hands-on work with support platforms, systems, and infrastructure.

At Bolt, I provide first-level technical and operational support for African and lightweight European markets, troubleshooting account access, application, and service issues while meeting SLA targets.
