I seek full-time or contract roles in supportive, process-driven teams where I can apply help desk, systems administration, and security skills while contributing to international development projects.

I am a customer-focused IT professional with over three years of hands-on experience in help desk support, technical troubleshooting, user onboarding/offboarding, and IT system administration across Mac and Windows environments.
