What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into cybersecurity while contributing reliable IT support, threat detection, vulnerability reporting, and practical technical solutions.

At Ghana National Gas Limited Company, I supported enterprise users by resolving hardware and software issues, tracking support requests, maintaining IT systems, and reporting vulnerabilities to reduce downtime.

I've also built an automated permit compliance system with Next.js and PostgreSQL, including AI hazard prediction, and developed responsive web projects using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. With a BSc in Information Technology and a Google IT Support Professional Certificate, I'm growing my cybersecurity capability while delivering practical IT support solutions.
